CZone Signal Interface (SI) Without Seals & Connector (80-911-0014-00)

he 80-911-0014-00 is a replacement main body module for the CZone Signal Interface (SI). Designed as an essential hardware replacement component, this SKU provides the core internal circuit board and housing assembly without the output plug connector, cable entry seals, or wire boots. It allows technicians to directly swap out a damaged or failed Signal Interface processing unit while reusing the existing plug harness and environmental boot assembly on the vessel.

The Signal Interface bridges analog sensors to the CZone NMEA 2000 digital switching network. Equipped with 6 configurable input channels, it processes data from tank level senders, temperature probes, pressure transducers, battery voltage monitors, and digital switch inputs, converting raw analog signals into standard NMEA 2000 Parameter Group Numbers (PGNs).

• Accepts inputs from traditional switch types being used to control outputs.
• Accepts inputs from switches to trigger alarm i.e. high water float switch.
• Accepts inputs from industry-standard tank senders (0-5V, 10-180 Ohm, 240-33 Ohm).
• Accepts inputs from general voltaic or resistive signals, can be used for controlling outputs or to display a physical position, e.g. show a hatch is partially open.
• LED status indicators for each input.
• Outputs standard NMEA 2000 sentences.
• Resistive input range 0–1000 Ohm.
• Voltage sensing input range 0–34 V DC.

Note: High and low alarm levels can be set for all inputs.
