The 80-911-0057-00 NMEA 2000 Network Bridge Interface is a high-performance network isolation and expansion module designed to bridge two distinct CAN bus segments within CZone digital switching and marine electronics networks. By linking two separate NMEA 2000 backbones, the Bridge Interface allows controlled, bidirectional parameter pass-through while maintaining physical and electrical isolation between the connected network legs.
Engineered for large vessels, complex superyacht systems, and commercial installations, the Bridge Interface overcomes standard NMEA 2000 cable length and node limits ($50\text{ CAN nodes}$ per segment limit). It effectively filters message traffic, isolates signal noise, prevents power drops across long network trunks, and protects critical navigation backbones from fault propagation originating on auxiliary digital switching sub-nets.
